1. This Service portal is being provided in order to facilitate access to our Vendors to check sale transactions and other relevant information and this terms and conditions shall apply to the Vendor who uses this services portal and information to be submitted to EVoTECH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (EVoTECH) on this service portal. Kindly read this terms and conditions carefully. By reading the same it would be treated as a deemed acceptance to this terms and conditions.
2. For updation of the aforesaid portal, EVoTECH may use your information. Such as KYC details, various Govt. registration details & contact details.
3. The Vendor will be required to login his/ her own User ID and Password, given by EVoTECH in order to register and/ or use this service portal. By accepting this terms and conditions, the Vendor agrees that his/ her User ID and Password are very important pieces of information and it shall be the Vendor’s own responsibility to keep them secure and confidential. In furtherance hereof, the Vendor agrees to;
- Choose a new password, whenever required for security reasons.
- Keep his/ her User ID & Password strictly confidential.
- Be responsible for any transactions made by User under such User ID and Password.
4. Vendor must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism. appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
5. The information provided by the Vendor on this service portal shall be kept confidential and shall not be shared with anyone. The DATA will neither be made accessible to third parties nor transferred in any form or manner unless required by law.
6. The services provided under this service portal to the Vendor are secured . However, EVoTECH does not give any assurance that the information so provided/submitted on this service portal by a Vendor is secured or may be read or intercepted by a third party. EVoTECH does not accept or assume any liability in the event of such unauthorized interception, hacking or other unauthorized access to information provided by a Vendor.
7. The Vendor agrees that EVoTECH or any of its employees shall not be held liable by the Vendor for any loss or damages arising from their use of, or reliance upon the information provided on this service portal, or any failure to comply with the given terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstance beyond EVoTECH’s reasonable control. It’s Vendor responsibility to provide correct data and confirm its accuracy. EVoTECH shall not be responsible for any wrong information provided by the Vendor.
8. No warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, is given by EVoTECH in respect of the operation of the service portal.
